手工板是针对普通净化板强度弱，黏结差等诸多缺点所开发设计的一种加强型的复合夹芯板。产品系半机械结合手工生产，可按需方工程要求定长定宽，组合安装，且能多次拆装，施工安装方便，综合效果十分显著。

Handmade board is a kind of strengthened composite Sandwich Board, which is developed and designed for the weakness of common purifying board and poor bonding. The product is semi-mechanical and hand-made. The length and width can be fixed according to the requirement of demand-side engineering.

表面材质： 彩涂钢板、镀锌板、不锈钢板、抗静电板、耐腐蚀板等净化特定材质板。

内部芯材： 芯材可采用岩棉、纸 ( 铝 ) 蜂巢、聚氨酯 (PU)、聚苯乙烯 (EPS)、挤塑 (PE)、中空玻镁板、硅岩板、硫氧镁板、玻镁板、石膏板等。

结构边框： 四周采用镀锌钢带龙骨、铝型材龙骨或塑钢龙骨。

产品特点： 手工板具有高强度、隔音、绝热、保温抗震、尺寸可定制、连接方便、拆卸容易、芯材不外露、施工方便等性能。

规格型号： 彩板厚度一般用 0.426mmt~0.7mmt；

厚度 :  50mmt、75mmt、100mmt、150mmt、200mmt；

宽度：常用 1180mm、1150mm、980mm，非标板任意宽度；长度：可根据需求制作 ;

连接：常用中字铝、中字铁及企口连接；

应用范围： 广泛用于高科技电子、医药、化工、食品等行业的净化房围护、吊顶，工业厂房、仓库、冷库、烤炉、空调器壁板等洁净领域。
